Residential customers can purchase "extra trash/grass" stickers by calling our residential customer service group at (908) 561-8380. These stickers can be affixed to any bag that does not exceed 40 pounds, and should be placed at the curb for collection. As long as the sticker is on the bag our employees will take it, there is no need to call ahead. Commercial customers can call our commercial customer service group at (732) 545-8988 to schedule an extra pickup. | |
Construction debris, house debris, yard cleanup waste, and light shrub or tree material is acceptable. We cannot accept any hazardous waste, flammable material, tires or dirt. Please call us at (732) 545-8988 if you have a question if a specific item is allowable. | |
As a general rule, residential waste will be collected on the next scheduled service day, not the day after the holiday. The driver will take twice as much trash on the pickup following the holiday. Commercial service may be done on the day before or the day after the holiday, and all commercial routes may run up to one day late for that week. Industrial customers who are on a regular schedule will be called to make arrangements. | |
We do not provide service on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving or Christmas to allow our employees to spend time with their families. Depending on landfill and transfer station availability, we may be closed on other holidays as well. | |
We continually strive to be the best, but we occasionally we may miss a stop, or there may be a problem preventing us from getting to your waste. Please call us so we can get your garbage picked up as soon as possible! Residential customers should call (908) 561-8380 to reach our South Plainfield office, and commercial and constuction customers should call our New Brunswick office at (732) 545-8988. |
